We are thrilled to learn that the Kaua‘i Athletic Club--a past sponsor of the Fit Fest--is opening a new facility, Kilauea Phys Ed, at ‘Ahuimanu in 2022, which will help alleviate the need for a community health facility and close the loop on our efforts. Other topics in this issue include: -

An amazing day for the Ohana Fit Fest presented by Wilcox Health! This free family event was competitive for some and fun for all. Our youngest competitor 4 years old, oldest was 80.

Kauai North Shore Community Foundation hosted its annual Ohana Fit Test Aug. 1 at Waioli Beach Park in Hanalei. This Family Fun event raises funds for health & wellness programs.
North Shore Fitness Fair & SUP Sprint 2014
North Shore Fitness Fair and SUP Sprint presented by The Kauai North Shore Community Foundation. The inaugural event at Hanalei Bay is free to attend and offers two competitions: a Fit Challenge and an SUP Sprint.
